Maryland Man Admitted to Buying Cocaine in McAllen (KRGV Rio Grande Valley)

MCALLEN - A Maryland man will spend almost 22 years behind bars. Authorities say 33-year-old Jose Joaquin Morales admitted to buying six bundles of cocaine in McAllen. He allegedly planned to sell the drugs in Baltimore. Investigators say he chartered a plane to Baltimore.
