Open Question: Will i be able to get into University of Maryland Baltimore County ?

Hey i got these colleges in my site i know it's early GPA from 10th grade : 3.0 on the dot Gpa 11: not finished will am for and 3.25 or 3.13 SAT: haven't taken it yet. Will try to get at least 1500 or more E.C:Track athlete Footall player Debate club member National Honor society Member and SGA Math club member will try to get Letter of recomendations when the time comes People have been telling me my gpa is too low and i need a 1500+ to get accepted .
